A nutritional Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay.
MIND diet is a combination of the two known healthy nutritional interventions, Mediterranean – DASH diets, to delay brain damage and reduce the onset of dementia!

The main characteristics emphasize the importance of consuming:

  • Berries, at least 2 times a week. Berries are rich in polyphenols that protect the health of neurons
  • Green leafy vegetables (> 6 servings per week) that are rich in many nutrients, thus are thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cognitive decline (e.g., memory loss)
  • Fish at least once a week
