Personal Data collection
The Office may collect an array of data, both personal and non-personal information, when you (Visitors or Customers) use this website and services.
“Personal Data” means all collected information that can personally identify you. The data include contact information (e.g., full name, phone number, e-mail address, social media profile address, user ID in communication applications such as Skype & Facebook Messenger) as well as information about the characteristics of your health status and nutrition plan (e.g., date of birth, medical history, individual’s medication, dietary preferences, anthropometric measurements & nutritional assessment). This information also includes data obtained by the call center operated by the Office which stores (all) voicemail messages from Costumers.
The data is collected only for the purpose of providing services to Customers and will not be disclosed intentionally to third parties, individuals or companies. But it will be used exclusively for the purposes of our services (e.g., sessions or statistical research reports, studies and surveys) and for enabling communications between the Office and the Costumer (e.g., to answer phone calls, send informational material, schedule sessions). Customer data for research and statistical purposes will be encrypted. In addition, the necessary measures against cyber-attacks will be taken to protect this data, such as the use of up-to-date anti-virus software.
For our Office best personal services and the provision of advanced level of nutrition practices for your own good health and wellness, but only after obtaining costumer’s formal consent, it may be necessary to disclose or seek information from third parties, for example, your personal physician or other health professional (e.g., physiotherapist, psychologist) or your coach.

By submitting Personal Data, you agree that the Office can collect your data. The Office collects Personal Data only through optional, voluntary information submissions, such as telephone access, email communication, survey information and online registration or forms. In line with the activity in question, the types and kinds of Personal Data collected will vary depending on the service to be provided and the required level or standard of the service. The Office will not for any purpose disclose your Personal Data to third parties without your prior consent.
Security
The Office takes all appropriate measures to ensure secure data storage and to protect against data loss or misuse. Although necessary precautions are taken to secure information, it should be noted that security over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. However, in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your information, appropriate safeguard measures (e.g., high security antivirus software) are used to secure and protect the information we collect from you. Files with your personal data saved on the computer as well as smartphone are protected with strong passwords or biometric data (fingerprint).
In the office your information and files are stored and locked in a safe area, which is accessible only by the dietitian. The Office keeps your personal data stored for six years or for a longer period of time, if deemed necessary, from the date on which you will cease using the services provided by the Office for the purposes of legitimate interests.
