The data of the research dissertation «Total fat and fatty acid composition of fish» was presented at the conference of Nutrition Society in London and published in leading research journals (i.e., Proceedings of the Nutrition Society).

The data of the research dissertation «An investigation of the activity of the antioxidant metallo-enzyme catalase, the lipid dependent acetylcholinesterase, and the essential fatty acids in the erythrocytes of the preterm babies. Research
His scientific work at IBCHN (Institute of Brain Chemistry and Human Nutrition), United Kingdom, under the auspices of the world-renowned Professor M.A. Crawford, and publications in prestigious journals worldwide, have contributed to the promotion of maternal health.
The IBCHN Nutrition Centre is one of the pioneers in research on “Maternal Nutrition and Pregnancy Outcome”. Through continuous studies, it demonstrated the role of polyunsaturated omega-6 & -3 fatty acids (ARA, arachidonic acid & DHA, docosahexaenoic acid, respectively) in structure, function and development of the brain and described their involvement in the nutrition of the human fetus (see nutrition services & tools).
As a Researcher in Greece & abroad, he served as:
- A Scientific Advisor in Public Health & Epidemiology, Department of the Medical School of Athens for providing scientific, technical support and helping to maintain professional and credible relationships with key opinion leader
